Returns & Exchanges Policy

2. Return Process

  1. Initiate a Return:
    • Visit the “My Orders” section of your My Wallet account.
    • Select the item you want to return and submit a return request.
  2. Prepare the Package:
    • Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
    • Include the invoice or proof of purchase.
  3. Return Pickup:
    • Our delivery partner will collect the package from your address.
    • Alternatively, you can drop off the package at a designated location (if applicable).

3. Refund Policy

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after approval.
  • Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method or as store credit, based on your preference.

4. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available for size, color, or product defects.
  • To request an exchange, follow the same steps as the return process and mention your exchange preference.
  • If the desired product is unavailable, a refund will be initiated.

5. Important Notes
